Summer 2 Day Mini Goalie Camp

2010-2017 age group
3:1 goalie to instructor ratio
160 minutes of ice each day
One hour of off ice with Vadim
40 minute packed lunch
30 minutes of hand eye training

2:30-3:50PM: 80 minutes on ice(footwork/edges)
4-5PM: Off ice with Vadim from the Russian Bear
5-5:30PM: 30 minute packed lunch
5:30-6PM: 30 minutes of hand eye coordination drills
6:30-7:50PM: 80 minutes on ice(game situational drills)
